About Us

Our Old School Shave Ice is all natural using no dyes, corn syrup or artificial ingredients. Many of our syrups are organic. We are also eco-friendly using compostable cups, bamboo paper straws, and cornstarch spoons. We are authentic Hawaiian shave ice. We do not create a “snow cone”, which is crushed ice cubes; our ice is shaved and fluffy, the authentic Hawaiian style.
