Chin's Szechwan has been serving San Diego County since 1984. Founded by the Tsai family, the business flourished through the years to become one of San Diego's largest family owned Chinese restaurant chains. With the expansion of the business, challenges were presented that lead to separate endeavors for the family. Some say change is good, and we agree.
