Description
The Encinitas Preservation Association (EPA) is offering a bus tour of more than 60 historic points of interest in the five distinct communities of Encinitas. A highlight of the tour is the historic Bumann Ranch in Olivenhain. Tour narrators on the bus will give a brief history or story about each area.
Narrators: Carolyn Cope, EPA Board Member & President of the Encinitas Historical Society, and is a life-long resident of Encinitas. Fifth-generation Encinitan Tom Cozens will serve as one of the tour narrators on the bus. He is known for dazzling listeners with interesting facts and family stories. For the third year in a row Cozens’ company Sea Coast Exclusive Properties is the signature sponsor of the historical bus tour.
The proceeds from the ticket sales will help to preserve two historic gems—the iconic boathouses on 3rd Street in Encinitas.
