Union Bank® is hosting a virtual event for women small business owners to provide answers, resources and networking opportunities in the wake of a pandemic that disproportionately impacted women-owned small businesses. The event will feature a panel of San Diego business leaders in a moderator-led discussion followed by interactive audience Q&A, during which you can ask your most pressing questions. We will discuss: · A recent survey of small business owners in California about the impact of the pandemic and their outlook moving forward Lessons learned from this past year Changes and new best practices that are here to stay Resources business owners should be aware of including grants, community support, diversity lending and SBA loan programs. The panel will include Donna DeBerry (President of the San Diego Black Chamber of Commerce), Betsey Brennan (President of Downtown San Diego Partnership), local business owners, and members of the Union Bank small business team.
