Kai grew up in Carlsbad CA and graduated from San Diego State University with a major in financial services. He worked at San Diego Tax and Financial Associates for two years where he learned how to prepare taxes, obtained his life, health, and accident insurance license, and was introduced to the financial services industry. He was hired as an intern in June of 2022, and in 2023 obtained his Enrolled Agent license as well as his series 7 & 66. Kai now offers financial advisory services as well as tax preparation. 

Some of Kai's hobbies are surfing, skating, and reading. He also likes to socialize with friends, meet new people, hike, and camp.
