San Diego County Probate Attorney John Donnoe is the attorney you can trust to represent your legal interests with probate matters. This is accomplished by providing dedicated and responsive service with Probate Administration, Trust Administration, Estate Planning, Conservatorship, Guardianship and Contested Matters or Litigation arising from these areas.
The Estate Administration portion of the practice involves the Probate Attorney assisting Executors of Wills, Administrators of Intestate Estates and Trustees navigate the involved Probate and Trust Administration processes while limiting their exposure to liability where possible.
The Estate Planning portion of the practice consists of the Attorney helping clients understand their current position in relation to the law and what may be done to improve that position. Once established, a plan is developed to assist clients in maintaining control over financial and physical well-being during life and the passing of their wealth upon death.
