Name: Families Make History Arts and Crafts for the entire family
Date: October 8, 2017
Time: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM PDT
Event Description:

Now Your Family Can Make History on the Weekend.

The San Dieguito Heritage Museum offers free arts and crafts activities for families on Saturdays and Sundays from 12-4pm at our beautiful  Heritage Ranch where it is easy to relax and to let your creativity flow. A new and exciting project is planned every month and many will highlight a certain aspect of our San Dieguito history.

Our Families Make History program is under the direction of local artist, designer and educator Susan Ellen Love.  She will always inspire you to find your inner artist and to have fun in the process.  Our projects are enjoyed by “kids” of all ages, so bring the whole family and enjoy. The program is sponsored by a grant from the City of Encinitas and the Mizel Family Foundation Community Grant and of course small donations are always appreciated.

The museum's exhibits will also be open to all every weekend, with docents to guide you through the history of San Dieguito.  With these exciting inter-generational activities happening every weekend, families in the San Dieguito area are discovering that a visit to the “ranch” is the place to find fun and interesting experiences for the whole family.  We look forward to you and your family joining us soon.
